Dr Hwan is extremely knowledgeable, quickly solves issues, provides detailed instructions, even advises on where to obtain meds for the best price. Has practical advice. I feel heard. Top quality care.

He didn't really listen to what my son has been going through over the last year. I have also kept a photo diary of all his allergic reactions over the last year and I offered to show him them and he didn't want to look at them. I felt like he was just dismissive and wasn't really listening to me.

He was an absolutely wonderful doctor. He was very kind and made me feel comfortable. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I was able to understand everything. He helped me weigh the options of choosing a new medication and it was my decision what to choose. He was extremely helpful in getting me the medication Since there is an issue with my insurance but I was eligible for a prescription plan with the provider. He also checked in with me a week later to make sure I received the medication and there was no initial issues. No doctor has ever been this helpful to me and I really appreciate him.

I believe Dr Hwan addressed my concerns without dismissal or prejudice. He asked questions that lead to more questioning that I felt gave him a better history that I would not think to offer. He gave his opinion supported with facts and a short term, long term plan of care

I feel like he really didn't listen to me and somewhat dismissed my concerns. It also felt like he was trying to just rush me out of there. When proposing any treatment, he would give me the risks and benefits, but didn't really sound confident in himself, which made me not confident in him. He also was just very arrogant throughout the entire visit.

The care provider was no help to my concerns. No questions were answered I was just told that my dog is causing my allergies, when I tried to explain to him that it is not and that my symptoms don't occur around my dog he shut it down and reassured it was caused by my dog. I had seen this provider for 45 minutes and he is telling me my feelings when he is not the one living with my allergy symptoms each day. I felt over looked by this care provider and felt as if my appointment was rushed for his pleasing. I am very unhappy with this provider waste of my time.
