About Tasha Leah Dodd

Ms. Dodd is a certified and licensed physician assistant. She earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Chatham College in Pittsburgh in 2006, as well as a master's degree in human nutrition and functional medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, Ore., in 2018. Ms. Dodd has experience in family medicine and pediatrics. Her professional interests include disease prevention and management with nutrition and lifestyle counseling, functional medicine, women's health issues and depression/anxiety management.

When she's not at work, this native of Kittanning, Pa., enjoys oil and acrylic painting on canvas, reading fiction and nonfiction, meditating and gardening. Ms. Dodd also plays and coaches basketball, cycles and hikes. Her family includes three children, two dogs, two parakeets and a cat.

    I felt that Tasha Dodd was genuinely concerned for my health. I was not totally comfortable with our conversation being recorded but did allow it after she explained the confidentiality of it and the time it saved her in making notes of the visit.
