This was first time seeing this doctor as I just developed a heart issue. I am extremely impressed with his depth of thought he put into my concerns. He didn't blow off my issues that aren't directly heart related but are greatly affecting my quality of life at the moment. He also wanted a follow up to make sure issues are resolved. If I would ever have a heart condition Mr. Local would not be my choice of being in my team. He acted as if he didn't want to be of any help to my problem. He made me feel like I wasn't worth his time.

I did not feel my concerns were being taken seriously. I felt I was being looked over and did not feel confident I could talk openly about what I was experiencing. Looking at my note of the encounter several things were documented that were not discussed or were documented about me improperly. From the first interaction I felt I was already written off for my problem. I felt misunderstood and did not feel confident speaking up when I felt my symptoms were downplayed.

Steve just tells you the way it is,l trust in his decision ,he is very nice. He will explain everything that you don't understand.
