    I really appreciated that Shannon genuinely listened to my concerns, as I have been dealing with a chronic health issue for several months. She took time to understand my symptoms and how I was managing them. After the physical exam, she explained that my issue could be related to another issue and ordered labs to rule out autoimmune causes. I'm now scheduled to see rheumatology based on the lab results. I felt seen and heard, and I only wish that more providers were as empathetic as she is. She is a gem!

    Shannon is a wonderful provider. She's always appropriately, thorough and attentive. Discusses her recommendations with me well. Goes back to discuss with her supervising physician when things are unclear. Which makes me feel reassured in the care that I am receiving.
