Sarah Graham was probably the most thorough and personable provider I have ever had. She listened and paid attention, she didn't forget one thing we talked about when she summarized the list of what we talked about at the end of the appointment, she made me feel comfortable in a caring and non-judgemental way, she didn't rush me through the appointment. Good eye contact. I was so nervous to see a provider and I felt very lucky that I got to see her.

I saw Sarah for an acute concern. I had never been to this office before and never previously met Sarah. I was so incredibly impressed with Sarah that I requested to have her as my PCP!! Sarah was so kind, knowledgeable, and listened to each and every concern. She made me feel so comfortable knowing I was in the best of hands and also hands that cared about me as a whole person! She ensured every question was answered and each item addressed. I currently live a few minutes from my PCP and changing my PCP to Sarah will require additional 10-15 minute drive. Sarah is so worth it!!! Geisinger is beyond blessed to have her and now so am I! Thank you so much Sarah!!

She was very easy to discuss the problem with and asked questions that were easy to answer succinctly. Her tests and explanation were easy to understand without being dumbed down. I appreciated her immediate extra research to determine which medication would be least likely to cause side effects.

Sarah Graham was wonderful! I enjoyed conversing with her, found her to be very knowledgeable and she listened to my questions and answered them clearly. I was so impressed with her I actually recommended someone in my family switch over to her for primary care as I know they would like her a lot.
