Sara was the first physician I have seen besides my primary doctor that actually listen to my concerns and my issues. I even told her how much I appreciated her listening to me and taking the time to find the right course of action without rushing me through the appt.

It's not her fault, but I just feel so stuck and like there's so little anyone can do to help me.

She went far above and beyond my expectations. She answered all questions clearly and thoroughly and provided information I did not even think to inquire about. Additionally, she showed me images from previous X-rays and an MRI, focusing on and explaining certain areas in each and their implication (I had not seen the images, let alone heard an explanation of them from providers who had ordered them).
