Richard A. Lopez, DO

Dr. Lopez is a board-certified and fellowship-trained general surgeon specializing in trauma. His clinical interests include early goal-directed hemostatic resuscitation, hemorrhagic shock, utilization of trauma thromboelastography, pre-hospital point-of-care ultrasound use, and trauma and surgical critical care education. Dr. Lopez attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he earned his degree in medicine. He completed his residency at the Hospital of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and his fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Lopez is certified by the American Osteopathic Association in surgery.
