Rachel is absolutely amazing. Caring, professional, and confident. Very willing to do whatever it takes to get me the medical care I need.

Rachel Sterner was great. She listened to me and was very thorough.

When I arrived for my appointment, the nurse checking me in asked me if I had any concerns to discuss with the PA, and I had a list of 5 items. When the PA came in, she told me to choose the 3 items with which I was most concerned and to save the other 2 for a future visit. I find this to be completely unacceptable. I pay top dollar for health care, and to be asked to dismiss concerns for which I was looking forward to discussing until another time was, in a word, shocking. I'll be changing providers.

Dr. Sterner is a fantastic doctor. I'm glad she is my PCP.
