I am absolutely so happy that I have, first of all, switched providers. Secondly, I am even more grateful that I have switched to PA Patty! I have never felt so understood, heard and respected, as I have with her. She listens, focuses, documents, and she has great solutions immediately. Regarding my past provider and experience, I had to do all of the leg work, on almost everything. Repeat everything constantly, suggest and find specialist's on my own. Time spent was next to nothing and it made my anxiety & health issues worse. So, with that said, PA Patty is absolutely amazing, and genuine. I feel less anxious with her. She makes me feel that I can absolutely ask her anything, and she definitely listens to work on a solution "together". I'm looking forward to continued care with her. Health is such a private priority, and that is how she makes me feel. Thank you for that!
