As an ongoing breast cancer patient (survivor) with Mem. Sloan Kettering, I was initially referred to see a local dermatologist. Having been referred to Natalie Hart by a loal friend, I have been extremely pleased with her from the start -- she clearly shows her concerns for my own related concerns, clearly explains her procedures, and is generally very easy to maintain any related follow-up appts. I expect to continue to see her as necessary and would gladly refer her to others.

Doesn't sit and discuss options. Doesn't listen to concerns. Patronizing.

Excellent all the way - informative, friendly, thorough

Natalie Hart is outstanding. Not only is she extremely well experienced, she is knowledgeable, polite, friendly, attentive and a great listener. I have chronic and severe facial rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis and occasional eczema - on and off for years. I had tried several prescription cremes and ointments, as well as holistic remedies like 100% coconut oil, argon oils, pure aloe-vera from the aloe plant stem, goat-milk soaps, etc., etc. Nothing helped my chronic facial issues as well as Natalie Harts' V-Beam, Intense-Pulse-Light, Laser treatments. It's the only way to go as far as I'm concerned. Everything else is a big waste of time and money.

I was expecting Natalie to come in the exam room, sit & explain the procedure & what she was going to do & what I should expect. Instead, she came in the room & sat at the computer for a few minutes before speaking with me. She questioned me on my medical condition (past blood clots) & was discouraging me about having the laser treatment done. That it may not work or leave marks, which I understand. She didn't tell me what to expect when she used the laser on my veins, that it would hurt, I was ok while she was doing it, but she could have explained it. I will go back because she's one of the only providers that do this treatment but she needs to talk to the patient first, explain what she was going to do, then sit & face her computer. We are human beings, not everything is about getting the notes in the system!
