First time at this provider...very impressed.

First time seeing Dr. Cooper and I was beyond pleased. She was very thorough, showed care and concern for my illness, and spent the time needed with me. Certainly won't be my last time seeing her. She was wonderful.

Dr. Copper always takes the time to answer and discuss my health concerns. I feel that she genuinely cares about my health and mental well being.

After my hospital stay I was not set on ever on going back to Geisinger. When we got to my appointment and told her everything , she went over everything . When I was in the hospital we got 0 results to read to use. She went over everything and explained in full detail. She asked did they do a certain blood test to help us get more information and they did not, she asked before we left could I do a few more . I did and she called me with all the results with in 2 days !

We discussed my recent genetic testing results and I was very upset. She took the time to comfort me and reassure me that she was there for me in any way that I needed. She took the time to allow me to talk and cry. I could not have asked for a more compassionate provider.
