The appointment was great, the Doctor listened and was very helpful. Gave me information that was really nice to know.

Ms. Grassmyer was very kind; I have severe phobias related to medical care and medical testing. She did not push me into things I was not ready for but addresses my concerns in a kind, non judgmental manner.

Laura stated that she would prescribe 2 medications but when I went to the pharmacy to get them the steroid was the only one to pick up. It was 3 days later when I received a message from the pharmacy that it was sent to them. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION ON HER PART.

She listens and I trust that she cares about my health.

Was snippy to begin with but warmed up as the visit progressed

She was more interested in telling me I didn't have Lymes' disease than asking me about my symptoms. My primary doctor fortunately intervened after my husband threw a fit. I was tested and am being treated for Lymes disease.

Prefer to see my PCP [...] but this PA was available and able to help and advise.

I have no relationship with this provider so considering that, she was good. But it would be MUCH better to have someone who I feel cares about me as a whole personI could see that she reviewed my recent messages to doctors and I think that helped her deal with me

Cookie cutter solution to my problems didn't review my record

She thought I needed a test done and said she would contact my local geisinger office to see if they could get me in. If she couldn't get an appt I would need to go to an urgent care center but assured me either way I would hear back from her so I knew what to do. Never heard back.

Laura took her time at the time appointment to listen to my concerns and was knowledgeable about my condition. The treatment was explained well and helped me improve quickly. It was also nice she messaged me after I had my blood pressure check to let me know it was OK.

She was great

Laura told me the route they planned to resolve this, and it worked out exactly as she said. No complaints at all. I really appreciate that when I saw the blood results come in, that they got back to me same day with prescription.

This was my first time to see this provider. She was very thorough and listened to my concerns.

My issue isn't with the [...] or [...], your scheduling system seems to be the problem.

My care provider was excellent. I felt calmer after meeting with her about my illness. I regret not asking her about vaccine availability in the fall.
