Dr. Dobbins is a board-certified and fellowship-trained ophthalmologist, subspecializing in refractive surgery (LASIK), partial thickness cornea transplants (DSAEK), and no-stitch no-patch cataract surgery. He also specializes in anterior segment problems and pediatric cataract surgery. His research interests include cornea and anterior segment. He earned his medical degree from McGill University Faculty of Medicine in Montreal. Dr. Dobbins completed his residency at Geisinger Medical Center and his corneal, anterior segment and refractive surgery fellowship at the Corneal Consultants of Indiana in Indianapolis.

    I have been having my eye checkups with Dr Dobbins for at least 10 years. He is excellent caring for my numerous eye issues and always including me in test results and how to proceed caring for the conditions such as severe dry eye, beginning of dry MD, and tyergium in my left eye.
