About Karen Anne Korzick

Dr. Korzick is a board-certified and fellowship-trained specialist in internal medicine, pulmonary and critical care medicine. Her clinical interests include delirium detection and prevention, post-ICU survivor management, medical ethics and post-graduate education, as well as critical care fellowship training. Dr. Korzick earned her medical degree at Loyola University Chicago. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Maryland and her fellowship in critical care medicine and pulmonary disease at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Korzick is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, critical care medicine and pulmonary disease. Her practice is limited to acute inpatient ICU patients and to outpatient ICU survivors.

After her medical training, Dr. Korzick earned a Master of Arts in Philosophy with a concentration in bioethics at Georgetown University.
