Dr. Cote is one of the best doctors that I've ever had. She won't give up on finding solutions to any problems that her patients have. She doesn't rush through a visit like most doctors do nowadays. Dr. Cote actually cares about her patients. She follows through with them. Many doctors are decent on the first visit but really rush through the follow-ups. She doesn't. I tell everyone that she is one of the best doctors. I keep hearing how Geisinger loses many doctors. I'm definitely hoping that you do everything that you can to keep her. If not, it will be a tremendous loss. Also hoping that you take time to tell her how valuable she is. I know that these surveys are for your own benefit but I really think that you should start appreciating your employees. Also [...] Dr. Cote's right hand person is super efficient.
