I was very disappointed with my visit with Dr Keeler. This was my first time seeing this doctor, and I left feeling judged and dismissed. She repeatedly questioned a diagnosis I've had for over seven years, as well as the medication that has been medically managed without issue. Instead of listening or trying to understand my history, she asked why I was even there and who I had already seen and asked why I was seeing her, which made me feel stupid for seeking care.There was no compassion, empathy, or reassurance during the visit. Her tone and approach made me feel like she had an agenda to exclude me as a patient rather than help me. I did not feel respected, heard, or supported in any way.
