About Chloe Waters

Chloé Waters, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in hospital medicine. She treats critically ill patients in the emergency room for a broad range of conditions including heart attacks, congestive heart failure, stroke, skin and soft tissue infections, respiratory failure, arrhythmia, urinary tract infections, diseases of the colon, kidney stones, pneumonia and sepsis.
Upon admitting patients to the hospital, Dr. Waters cares for them throughout their stay. She also works with them to make appropriate care plans after discharge. “I thoroughly enjoy the conversation and connections I build with my patients that can offer me new insight into helping them recover, heal and get discharged safely,” she says.
Dr. Waters earned her medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine in Ribishi, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
She spent more than six years in the U.S. Air Force, where she became a non-commissioned officer. “My core values are still heavily based upon those of the Air Force: integrity first, service before self, excellence in all I do,” she says. Her time in the military inspired her to pursue a career in medicine.
Dr. Waters enjoys humanitarian medicine. She volunteers with other veteran medical providers, traveling to refugee camps in northern Iraq to train fellow healthcare workers and to care for those living there.
When she’s not in the office, this California native adores spending time with her young daughter and working alongside her husband on pursuing their pilot’s licenses.
