Catherine seemed concerned, listened well, conducted an efficient and careful exam.

I've already scheduled next year's appt with her!! Very nice person!!

This was my first time meeting this provider and she came in did not introduce herself and sat with her back toward me facing the computer. She was fine during the exam and told me what she was doing.

She was great

I was extremely disappointed in this visit. Provider acted like she couldn't be bothered. My time with her was approximately 5 minutes and it was very obvious she was in a rush. She barely spoke as she completed the ultra sound then flipped the screen around and stated "head, 2 hands, and a strong heartbeat. All good". Did not ask if I had any questions and my response out of surprise was "wow that was quick" and she responded that "these follow ups will be short as I continue my pregnancy unlike my 1st appointment". No sonogram pictures were offered or printed in the rush of the provider. Left the appointment with extreme anxiety as I felt like the evaluation of my health and my baby's health was rushed and unimportant to the provider. I will NOT see this provider again.

I had no concerns but still had a discussion and decision to make that was very easy to agree upon

I asked one question during the check up which was answered well, however overall the PA had her back to me the entire time when she was on the computer, felt like she was just clicking through questions and did not really get a sense she was engaged with me or the visit

She was everything you would want in a [...]. Knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I appreciate her and look forward to seeing her again.

Only comment I have is I didn't find out til the end of my visit when I mentioned it to the provider that this exam has switched from yearly to every two years per insurance regulations due to my age. Also my previous provider left [....] and I was never notified. I now have a new provider who I was very impressed with. Of course [....] is a tough act to follow she was my provider for many years

I would 100% recommend this provider to anyone. She was probably the nicest provider I have ever had. She was gentle and kind.

I recently had an appointment with Catherine McCarty. While she was courteous, I was extremely disappointed with the care I received. I had been admitted to Labor and Delivery just the day before due to concerning symptoms, and I was still experiencing those symptoms at the time of my visit. I came to the appointment with several significant concerns, seeking answers, reassurance, or at the very least, acknowledgment. Unfortunately, despite clearly communicating my symptoms, my concerns were not addressed. There was no feedback, no reassurance, and no guidance provided. Instead, the focus quickly shifted to checking the baby's heartbeat, without any discussion of the issues I had raised. It felt as though my concerns were completely dismissed, and that the priority was to expedite the appointment rather than provide attentive care. I left feeling ignored, confused, and unsupported. I find this lack of attention to a patient's concerns to be unacceptable.
