Dr. Jacobs was GREAT With my daughter! She is not a very accomplished athlete, and it would've been easy for a doctor to dismiss her concerns, I've seen it in the past with one of my other six children. But Dr. Jacobs listened and explain things and gave her treatment options so she felt like she had agency in her own treatment plan. He was kind and friendly, and made her feel at ease!

Both Brian and the nurse took very good care of my treatment!!

I had this procedurre in my shoulder several years ago. That provider was ion shot me and left with a conversation of maybe 6 words. Dr. Jacobs explained everystep and asked if I had any questions. What other options are available amd to text him in 2 weekw how I am doing. Which is great. I have all ready told many friend snabout Him.

Dr Jacobs did a great job in every aspect of my visit. He listened to my concerns and walked me through it. He was great.

However, rather than me waiting , being unfamiliar to a new physician , telling my entire story again, Dr. Jacobs had a few minutes in his time schedule ,to which he Worked-me in . (That particular day, I was quite uncomfortable.) Dr. Jacobs had completed the assessment, [...] and I was on my way n d/c very quickly. So appreciative of his kindness and "Going that extra mile " to help me that particular morning. That meant so much to me. Those kind gestures certainly sets him In a class all by himself as "Special provider". I ve worked in healthcare for many years, n am retired. When I started in the 1970s Orthopedic Dr.'s n medicines philosophy then was nothing like it is now . Dr. Jacobs has exceptional client relationship skills. I can see no areas for improvement.

The doctor Dr. Jacobs was excellent knew how to explain my procedure and did an excellent job doing it under ultrasound.

He only looked at the old problem after he explained that they do not do anything with feet. I also had issues with my left hip grinding and clicking when I would walk. We did not discuss that problem.

None better.. Totally awsome
