Everyone was very professional and helpful

The doctor was very informative. He explained my options that were available to me. I only wish that I had asked the doctor for a script. My hammertoe is extremely painful. It is red and a callous from it has caused a callous on my big toe. Every step I take hurts. I can tolerate pain but this is just too unbearable.

Was very pleased with explanations of injury as well as possible course of treatment. Felt he respected my desire to take a more conservative approach of treatment at this time.

My husband and I just moved here last year and I can honestly say this is one of the best doctors that I've seen in my life very courteous, friendly staff They really seem to know their stuff. I'm grateful that I was able to be seen by this office.

Didn't explain the issue or why of the issue. Waited for Notes in my chart and googled all the words.

Surgery was very successful... Satisfied with the surgery part... However discourage with the follow-up development... Apparently now have Plantar Fasciatis and Dr Wagner suggested an Aetrex Orthotic... Ordered and received 6 days later, a orthotic designed for flat feet... In my entire life, Dr Wagner is the first doctor to say I have flat feet...This in itself has been quite the adjustment... Constiant foot pain... Getting more intense as each day progresses... Will continue with the orthotics, hoping for improvement... However, not willing to endure to long without seeing a Plantar Fasciatis doctor... Will do research for one within Geisinger System... Open for suggestions...

Dr Wagner took the time to evaluate my foot issue, explain my problem and arrange for emergency surgery.

Dr Wagner cares. I had a problem he got me in immediately and took care of the issue.

On time, freindly and enguagaing explaied whats happening , why, how options and timings very good at anasering my questions / concerns and came out of it with a good feeling

Showed me the X-ray reflecting the current level of healing, but didn't suggest any further treatment.

Dr. Wagner and [...] both took extra time to explain and provide alternatives for me.

High confidence... Dr Wagner has always been supportive and encouraging...

I was shocked that once I listened to my options and made the decision to go the non surgical route that he really did not seem to care after that point. Also I was very upset that this could not have been a televisit. The doctors said it had to be inperson when it could have easily been a televisit. I had to take off of work and drive 2 hours round trip for a 10 minute visit.

Very happy with the service.

All care providers clear and concise and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

This whole team is special! Soft spoken, kind, explains in detail any questions you may have. GMC is lucky to have this team. I would trust and recommend to anyone!

From the time the doctor came into the office first thing he ask was why are you here plus also told me other things

Dr. Wagner fit me in to a very tight schedule for an emergency visit, but he acted like I was his only patient that morning-listened well and gave sound advice. Very nice man.

My neuroma issue was resolved by Dr. Wagner, very pleased

If the services are needed for my family again, I would be more than willing to drive the hour it takes us, to see this group of Drs and assistants again. They took great care of my son's fractured foot.
