Anne Clause is a certified physician assistant who specializes in pediatrics. She cares for children from birth through age 18, including routine well-child exams, sick visits, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, immunizations and counseling on feeding, sleep and developmental stages. She notes that she enjoys watching how her patients grow and change during their first years of life.
“I enjoy getting to know the patients and their families,” she says. “It’s always rewarding to follow up with someone and know that you made a difference.”
Ms. Clause earned her physician assistant certification from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio.
“My granddad was a pediatrician, which is what initially sparked my interest to enter the medical field,” says Ms. Clause. “I have always loved children and knew I wanted to be an advocate for them.”
She’s a native of western Pennsylvania. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their cat, visiting family, running, hiking, doing yoga and reading.
