I have not gone to the doctor in many years. Although I very much liked my last doctor meeting with this doctor was very pleasant. She also didn't make me feel silly for my anxieties, but listened to quite attentively. I didn't feel rushed and I left with a plan. She was very kind.

Dr. Tounsel is hands down the best doctor I've ever had! She shows true concern for her patients. Her telling me she was proud of me for seeking help make not only my day, but my entire week. Thank you for being amazing Dr. Tounsel!

Dr. Tounsel is A+. She is a Doctor who listens to my concerns and truly looks deep into what the problems can be. She takes the time to look at different areas to get at the core problem. I finally feel I have a doctor that really cares about my medical issues. I went to her in Kingston when she was at that location and now I follow her at the Moosic location. I live in […] and my 10 minute drive to see her is now 30. But I have such faith in her and taking care of me That it is worth the drive.

Dr. Tounsel is very thorough and explains everything in way that is easily understood.

So glad I followed Dr T--she is kind, compassionate, and attentive to patient's needs---a long lost art if you ask me. She is wonderful--can't say that enough.

My provider actually said she didn't have enough time because of other patient appointments and a meeting. Prescribed 2 prescriptions with no instructions on how or when to start.

Dr. Tounsel provided the best care I have received in years. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained every test and treatment very thoroughly. I could not have had a better experience with her.

My visit was with Dr. Adrienne Tounsel instead of [...], my regular provider since he is on a leave of absence. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Tounsel. She was professional, personable, answered different questions that I had in detail, listened carefully to my Concerns and made me feel heard. My only critical comment is because she is new, she was not on time for my appointment. I understand How this can happen because she is meeting her patients for the first time and hence, needs to spend more time with them getting to know them and understanding their reason for visiting. Hopefully, as she becomes more familiar with her patients, she will be on time. I would rate My overall visit with her a 9 out of 10. Very good visit!

Dr. Tounsel was very personable and responsive when I explained the purpose for my visit, and was thorough in her examination and observations. Dr. Tounsel suggested a plan of care to which I agreed, and requested that I let her know how I was progressing as a result of the prescribed treatment.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Dr Tounsel and I appreciated the time she took with me

I followed Dr. Tounsel from her prior practice clinic to her new practice clinic because of my respect, trust and faith in her knowledge and abilities to assist me with my healthcare issues. I find her personable, professional and in-tune with my health circumstances.
