I wish the ratings went up to exceptional. I was incredibly pleased with my care and the ability for Dr. McKinley and I to have an open discussion about my concerns (with growing up using baby oil and no sunscreen) as well as how best to treat problem areas (moles that I wanted removed or not removed, facial redness around my nasal area, and more). He was incredibly respectful in how he checked over my body to see any areas that could be of concern. He let me know how he will monitor a couple areas that he wants to keep an eye on to see how they behave. He used a better word than this, but it was one in which cause zero alarm for me...his ability to calm my fears and keep me well informed of what he was looking at and why most areas were not concerned alleviated all my anxiety in me thinking they were areas of concern with my untrained eye. Dr. McKinley is 10/10! I highly recommend him and the practice!!

I have seen dermatologists for 60 years due to a chronic skin condition and Dr. McKinley is by far the best provider I have ever seen.

Showed compassion for current needs of patient and any future needs concerning the major diagnosis were are already dealing with and offered his assistance in the future if needed.

I made this appointment with Dr. McKinley specifically and waited months to see him. When I arrived, I was told that another physician would be seeing me. I don't remember her name. Fortunately, Dr. McKinley was kind enough to work me into his schedule even though I should've been on it in the first place. Substituting another physician without the patient's prior knowledge is totally unacceptable

I showed him a corn I had on my l foot and he removed the scab with care. This was not what I went in for, but he was kind enough to look at it and treat it.

Dr.McKinley is far more knowledgeable in his area of specialty than any physician I have encountered in any field in years. He presented an energetic cheerful demeanor, while showing not just a willingness, but an eagerness to answer my questions.

My daughter did not want to get her cysts removed in years past until she met and heard what [...] said relating to the ease and safety of the procedure. He reassured her and before we were done with the initial consult, she was ready to get it done. The procedure was seamless and [...] took such great care in his communication, incisions, and sutures. So pleased with the whole process!

I had previously had a poor experience with a dermatologist and had waited 10 years plus to schedule an appointment again because of this. I was put completely at ease at this appointment. I felt like I was listened to and not just thrown the basic treatment. He also apologized multiple times for what I was going through which made me feel as though he truly cared about my condition.

Doctor used liquid nitrogen to freeze off some spots. Seemed to be an excess usage amount. My spots blistered up and took a long while to heal. Application could be more on target spot.

He explained why he couldn't prescribe certain medicines as I have breast cancer and they would suppress my immune system,
