Dr. Ronjon is a board-certified and fellowship-trained cancer physician specializing in gastrointestinal cancers. She earned her medical degree from Dhaka Medical College and Hospital in Bangladesh. She then moved to the United States, where she completed her residency at New York Hospital, Cornell Medical Center, and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at the State University of New York, Stony Brook. Dr. Ronjon is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in hematology and medical oncology. She speaks English, Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.

    Dr Ronjon is knowledgeable, professional and very attentive. I feel confident in her recommendations and explanations. Oncology is a very difficult field. We as patients are often on a rollercoaster ride emotionally and physically. It takes a very special person to help others navigate this. I appreciate and respect the difficulties in this field. Since 2017 DR Ronjon has been there every step of the way. I can't imagine the toll it takes. I'm grateful that I have a Dr like Dr Ronjon.

    Dr. Ronjon is the best at taking care of ALL my problems. She sees the scans and is on top of trying to get me to the proper specialist to deal with what might be going on. Yes my cancer is very stable but I have other problems that she sees and refers me to other doctors. She is concerned about the WHOLE person and what is going on NOT just the cancer. I have recommended her to several friends. She is the BEST at taking care of me as a whole person not just my cancer.
