Dr. Haak is a board-certified and fellowship-trained spine specialist. His clinical interests include cervical spine and neck injuries, cervical disc replacement surgery, minimally invasive cervical surgery, cervical myelopathy and stenosis and cervical disc herniations. Dr. Haak earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his residency at Brooke Army Medical Center, and his fellowship in spinal surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Dr. Haak is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

    Dr. Haak was very efficient and structured. He kept the appointment moving forward yet was incredibly compassionate and deep listening. I was very happy with how the appointment was handled from start to finish.

    I was assigned to this provider as a result of my original provider separating from Geisinger. It just seems to me that this provider Is not sure how to proceed or perhaps doesn't have a vested Interest In my ongoing care. I have had the same symptoms and have tried several medications to remedy them. At this point I have grown frustrated and exhausted with this treatment.

    Dr.Haak is a wonderful, caring doctor. He explained things and answered all questions that I asked in terms I could understand. He is very thorough and truly cares about his patients. What a great asset to your hospital!!

    My doctor said I had bone spurs my mri was not received I was told he would ok at and get back to I've never heard anything I'm not even sure he looked at it if he did get it
