Dr Hale is very caring, respectful and I trust him very much.

Dr Hale has been a wonderful change to my previous treatment

Discussed next surgery with Dr. Hale, reminding him I get clostriphia while awake for part of the surgery. He said he does not like to keep me completely under for the entire 90 minute surgery.

Dr Hale was very courteous and very attentive to my needs

Dr. Hale and his staff was excellent in all phases of my eye problem. Couldn't have had a better Doctor and team.

Dr. Hale has done a fabulous job dealing with my eye issues retina membrane peel and then unfortunately a post cataract surgery infection. The cataract surgery was not done by a Geisinger physician but I had emergency surgery at GWV with follow ups with Dr. Hale.

Took time to answer all my questions.

Dr Hale listened to my questions and concerns. Very professional and enjoyed meeting him. He told me a condition I thought I had was no longer visible. That definitely made my day. Looking forward to see him again in a year.

Dr. Hale best RA specialist gave a excellent shot with no problems.

Dr. Hale has been an excellent care provider. He took care of me 8 years ago for the same issue so my confidence in him is high. He has worked very hard with me to repair my retina to include weekend and after hours meetings and surgery. I feel fully informed and he answers all my questions. He is a very hard working doctor with an unbelievable amount of care for his patients. I can't say enough good things about him.

Even tho there is LESS than adequate time to discuss OPTIONS, CHOICES....Dr H is BRILLIANT w his " technique". No post- op nasty side effects!!! NONE!! So, even tho the " poor system, the pace, the lack of communication at times" does exist, I will, for now....continue w Dr H, bcuz of the end result, w the procedure.

I put up with minor annoyance because I feel very comfortable with the care I'm receiving. But waiting for an octogenarian is always difficult.

I had the same procedure done at a different hospital so I can compare. This staff was very comforting and thorough. They were very careful and concerned which gave me a good feeling
