I did not have a good experience with this provider. She didn't seem concerned with any of the issues that I raised and didn't provide any immediate solutions. She did a semi-thorough exam related to my headaches/neuro concerns, but overall, I would not visit her again. She also did not tell me to wait in the room for a needed shot, so I left, and had to wait (again) to have a nurse administer it in another room when I remembered it as I was leaving. Very poor communication. I left this appointment in tears.

Very cold demeanor, did not offer any resolution to my problems.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Dr. Sundaresan displayed a level of empathy and kindness I have rarely experienced. She seems especially "tuned-in" to my wheelchair bound condition. She took the the time to fully review available test results and notes about my condition to help me develop a plan of care for my presenting issue. I felt fully engaged in decision making and Dr. Sundaresan was also quite welcoming to my spouse and engaged with her throughout my visit. I was able to have the right care plan, the right medicine, and a great dose of care and kindness.
