Overall
Excellent experience all around, could not have been any better
Overall
Problem with infection - It did not help - Pain is still bad. (Lateral epicondyitis).
Overall
Both doctors were great!
Overall
Dr. Ross never explained what was wrong. All he did was feel around the spot that hurt and then left the room and handed me exercises. I had to ask him what was wrong with my ankle. That's not good whena patient has to ask the doctor what is wrong. He wasn't about to give me any information unless I asked. I have no faith in this provider.
Overall
Thr doctor just didn't talk to me or really explain anything.
Overall
I am still tentative as to what to make of my visit. the xrays showed that I have arthritis in my right wrist and he sent me to PT and then said,"if discomfort and pain continue, call us." Found it cold and uninterested.
Overall
Very good.
Overall
Very helpful experience in understanding health problem.
Overall
My answers are nothing against Dr Ross (hope I got that right?). My issue / concern was that I was to see an orthopedist. My understanding is that Dr Ross is a "Sports Medicine" physician (?) My problem was not diagnosedand,my follow-up it to see one of your orthopedist in 3 months. I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry ? Seriously. Why did I have to wait so long for an appointment to see a orthopedist if I was not going to actually see one ? Ridiculous to say the least!
Overall
I have no concerns,my care is wonderful. Thank you.

Overall
He is the best doctor I have ever dealt with. He takes his time and listens when I have concerns. I am constantly singing his praises to other people who are not satisfied with their current doctor. What more can I say? HE IS GREAT!!!
Overall
This dr. blames my problem on old age dismissed fractures of knee my regular care provider had the MRI completed and could not believe Dr. Ross did not call me to discuss it. He even faxed him a copy thinking he may not have received one.
