There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 40 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

Wish they would have given us more idea of what to anticipate with the eye issue - like just thinking it might be reading glasses or perhaps needing them all the time, etc.

LOVE Jenny! Jenny shared in our concern about my child's illness, but at the same time did not jump to any conclusions (3rd bout of strep throat in 2.5 months). She listened and involved us in the course of action. We will absolutely see her again.

Jenny was wonderful, would highly recommend her. She did not make us feel rushed and showed concern for my son's problem

I especially appreciated that she gave me a prescription to use, if the problem didn't show improvement in the next 24 hours, or if it got worse. That way I didn't need to come back, I simply monitored the situation. The situation improved and we didn't need the prescription, but it was nice to be ready, much less stress and worry.

She was competent, friendly and showed true care for our daughter and our opinions as parents.

Everything went well.

The doctor told me my daughter only had a common cold, though her symptoms showed otherwise. No medications or instructions were giving - The next day, my daughter was admitted to the hospital for an ear infection, respiratory infection and cellulitis. We spent 6 days at the hospital.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jenny Koberna and the way she cared for Seth. When the nurses called her in she came immediately and did everything she could to get to the bottom of what was making him ill. She talked to us about his physical symptoms, acting quickly, and showed a great deal of concern for his concerns and fears as well. I was so touched that she called the next morning to check on Seth as well. I will most definitely bring my children to see Jenny Koberna again and will recommend her highly to friends.

The Dr. was very good and was very knowledgeable in what she did. However, I didn't appreciate the 45 min wait inside the exam room with my son without being informed of anything at all. The nurse was not friendly when I asked her about the delay especially since the patient is a child and not an adult.

Jenny was incredibly patient, kind, helpful, reassuring & thorough. I was very impressed with her professionalism & caring manner. This stands in stark contract with my experience getting the appointment with her.

Jenny Koberna helped us when we phoned back and was able to give us additional help afterward which made a huge difference.

Treated with disrepect and did not examine thoroughly

Jennifer Koberna, CRNP is absolutely fantastic! She is extremely pleasant and shows concern and compassion easily when appropriate. I have seen her for years and will do so until my kids outgrow her care.
