Cannot respond to this doctor was cut short of visit again. Not blaming Dr. He is only doing his job.

Doctor came in for 5 mins. to talk to me (actually his PA is who he spoke to) I sat there almost 2 hrs for a 5 min visit from doctor. My time is just as important as his!!!

Excellent rapport with PA. Felt listened to, professional yet very personable. My son, the patient, has multiple disabilities & PA had child with needs & could relate to my experiences.

Again doctor can't no what's wrong if no one tells lack of communication from Geisinger.

*Dr. Darren Jacobs is a class act he remembered me from last visit in 2008.

Great with textbook answers and information but does not relate well with patient as an individual.

I felt he was rude to me several times, almost to the point of calling me a liar. Husband witnessed & felt the same.

came in said couldn't see anything wrong that he wouldn't do surgery couldn't help me with pain to go back to pain management then left. Didn't seem like it matter how I feel
