  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

Please share this with Dr. Raj. She took time to explain answers to all my questions. Although she is very busy, she did not make me feel rushed, and I felt comfortable to ask questions that had been bothering me about my health. She took time to develop the best plan for my care, and included my opinion in the decisions. I walked away feeling like I was very, very lucky to have such a caring and knowledgeable physician.

Bad experience. She never listens to any problem. I Leave every visit with the same diagnosis no matter the problem I go see her for. Trying to get an answer to some chronic wide spread pain i have been having for the past several years. My diagnosis; snoring, fatigue sinusitis and numbness of the arm. I would love to change primary care physicians. She has missed diagnosed things for the past several years. I ended up in the emergency room after one visit. the male 911 operator knew more than she did. All I want is some answers to my pain. She just stares at me like Im a freak. If she doesnt have an answer she needs to tell me and refer me to someone else. I would be fine with that. She said I need to have a sleep test. How is that causing wide spread pain?? It isnt. She even said so. But she still thinks that is the next step. Very very frustrated and tired of living in 24 hour pain with no answers and seeing a doctor who has no clue what she is doing and doesn't seem to give a crap about her patients. She needs to listen. Never hears a word that is said and tends to laugh and problems. I don't think its funny.

The provider was very insensitive to my feelings about my weight. My BMI is near the "obsese" range and I attributed it to the fact that I am an athlete however the provider, Dr. Raj, just told me that my muscle tone did not matter and that I needed to "lose weight as soon as I can." She treated me as a cookie-cutter patient and did not take into consideration my personal thoughts and feelings.

Good experience. but I think Dr Raj needs to be educated about the benefits of Chiroprators and that lots of people that have a little bit of osteoporosis go to them.

My PCP is very to-the-point without being discourteous. Not a lot of time spent on banal conversation, listens to any issues/concerns I express, and looks into all of them to my satisfaction.

I feel the doctors are rushed through appointments. They seem to be worried about completing the appointment in a timely matter. I arrived for my 3:40 appt on time and didn't get out until almost 6:00, with a lot of waiting in between. Again, office staff was great at moving me between appts.

She did not listen to me. I have been on Xanax for 10 years. The dosage has never changed. The instructions for the drug are PRN. Dr Raj fussed about this prescription. I explained that I had a very stressful job and am retiring at the end of the year. Furthermore, I have a fib and anxiety is a real trigger for my a fib episodes. I indicated that I would appreciate no changes in the prescription. Dr Raj asked how often I took the drug. I explained between 1 and 3 per day. NOTHING ELSE WAS SAID. Later in the week, I needed a refill on the Xanax . . . when I picked up my prescription, the pharmacy said that there were new instructions for the prescription. Low and behold, Dr Raj REDUCED the amount of Xanax I was able to have. I manage the drug very well. The dosage has not changed in 10 years, so obviously I have not been abusing it! This totally destroyed my confidence in the doctor. I am not sure I will return to see her. I am actually thinking about going to another practice. I will think about this for a while.

First time seeing *Dr. Raj and would have no reservations on seeing her again. She was wonderful -

She was awful and rude. Kept yelling from the time she walked in about how double booked they were and only had time to address one thing. I was there for one thing, pain I couldn't handle anymore. That's the normal conditions, doesn't mean she can take it out on patients. She completely acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. She didn't care about how bad I was and I had to get more treatment and remained in pain for another week. I DO NOT ever care to see her again.

I had the apt with a Dr I never saw before. I was in extreme pain in my upper left arm. I was unable to move it or raise it above my head. The Dr noted swelling, heat and tenderness/pain. I was told to take a steroid and do exercises and given paperwork on which ones to do. I was told to come back if no relief. I didn't understand what the exercises were to help with as I couldn't move my arm.

I appreciate Dr Raj following up on my mother's injuries from her fall several weeks ago. She made an extra effort to communicate with me, but some of that may have been since the extent of her injuries had been overlooked previously at both the ER & here.

very good experience.

Dr. Raj has been the best Dr. I have ever had at the clinic
Jul 31, 2015
Staff and doctors spend too much time on the computer looking up stuff.
Jul 27, 2015
She wasn't concerned enough about my IBS problems and I'm still not back to normal.
Jul 13, 2015
Very easy to talk with for my concerns.
June 24, 2015
I feel she is uncaring. I want to feel like I can express my feelings to her, but can't. I am thinking about selecting another doctor.
June 18, 2015
Provider is soft spoken. For those of us with hearing issues, she needs to speaking directly {illegible content} not the computer screen.
June 10, 2015
Dr. Raj is a very courtesy doctor & I like her a lot.

Both my husband and I have Dr. Raj as our primary care provider, she is the best!

I love Dr. Raj. She is very thorough and caring.

My regular Dr wasn't in the office that day so I had to see Dr Raj. She was questioning me about every little thing concerning my past medical history and insinuating that she didn't believe me or that I was lieing. About an injury that happened 28 yrs ago. Then she pointed to an indentation on my ankle that was from the ace bandage I had wore to appt and assumed it was a scare from my injury. She told me nothing was wrong in my xrays, but I was seen by a specialist today who saw the problem in xrays with no hesitation. She wasn't nice or respectful of my feeling, and I will definitely not ne seeing her again.
