There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

Dr. Miller does a great job every time my children have to see her for an "emergency". The young man with her (an understudy)on this day was also thorough in collecting medical information.

Great first time with her.

Great experience!! Dr. Miller always takes her time to explain things to us and answer our questions. She never rushes us and is a very caring doctor. The best decision we ever did for our girls was to find her for our new doctor!

I had suggested a course of treatment for my daughter that had been provided to my son two days prior by our regular doctor. Dr. Miller would not hear me out and refused to follow the treatment plan that I had suggested. I am not confident in Dr. Miller's abilities and would not want my children to be seen by her in the future.

Dr. Miller is a very good doctor. Her disposition is very sweet. I am very happy my little guy has her as a doctor. She is very nice and understanding.

Threatened us with "if you don't do what I want done, you can go to another provider." This was at the very start of attending the practice. It has left us really no room for input.

Son was in for possible broken little toe. Usually this just requires partnering with other toe until it heals. Provider checked Xray, couldn't make decision on results. Sent to specialist, we carried xrays on disc. Cost another $40 co-pay. Specialist scoffed and basically asked why we were even there? Xray had aroow indicating area of concern, this wasn't even injured area. In my opinion, provider didn't want to make decision. It cost me more time away from work, more money, time out of school. Of course, provider will still bill my insurance and will get paid for providing lousy service. Any other career wouldn't be paid for not doing their job.

Dr. Miller did a great job sorting through my daughter's various symptoms to get to the root of her trouble.
