There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

There are several items that could have been discussed more thoroughly as a kidney donor: The ability of my remaining kidney to adapt due to my age and the fact that I should monitor intake of animal protein.

Dr. Schultz is an excellent physician - Really seemed to care about me and took time to go over my history and make me feel at ease. #9. Excellent!

Blood work results were not available. Priority & order details were changed from STAT to routine therefore, Dr. Shultz could not view to determine if there was a problem or if medicine should be changed. There was a very limited exam & should not warrant a full change for appointment. I have this kidney transplant 25 years & I make all my appointments.
