  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

Although the doctor was friendly, it was in a disrespectful way. He was rather cavalier and use inappropriate language. To be specific he used the words "bullcrap" and "jackass." I felt like he was trying to be "buddies" rather than doctor to patient interaction.

I really can't say enough good things about Matt Cindric! He has been wonderful to have as my surgeon and I would and have recommended him to anyone. I have never, ever felt rushed and he thoroughly explains every procedure and why it is being done. He answers my questions and, at this point, I feel like I'm talking with a friend. He cares!
