This was my 1st visit w/Dr. Armstrong. I trust him completely based on personal demeanor in attending/listening to my concerns & symptoms, his analysis & explanation of a treatment plan. He is willing to put all the pieces of the puzzle together before jumping to a conclusion.

I would recommend Dr. Armstrong to anyone who needed surgery. He is a very caring, compassionate surgeon. I have recommended him in the past.

Did not receive a good description of what the surgery would be like or what the expectations were for time off from work/limitations to lifestyle following surgery. I understand it was partially because we were going to have to repeat the appointment, but it wouldn't have been bad to give that understanding at this appointment.

Dr. Armstrong is very compassionate. He doesn't rush you if you have questions. He makes me feel comfortable in a less than comfortable situation.

When told about a new problem, we discussed how to proceed, but after leaving the office, I had many questions about the cause and degree of concern about this issue. I wish I would have asked these questions while we were talking, but at the shock of a new development I wasn't quick enough to think of this. Perhaps a better discussion of the issue could have been included with the discussion of remedy.
