Dec 5, 2016
Dr. Kozma is a wonderful, caring doctor. He spends time with you and talks to you about any health issues. He's never in a rush and discusses everything with you. He's a real asset to Geisinger and I have recommended him to several family members. He's definitely worth his weight in gold.

Annual physical. Suggested I get the flu shot and pneumonia shot. I will not that day. Suggested blood work which they were able to accommodate that day which was great for me as I did not have to take more time out of the office. We reviewed my current meds.

Dr. Kozma is an excellent physician
Nov 4, 2016
I feel my Primary Doctor has a good handle on my health. He insist on knowing each and everything about my record. Who I go to, what meds and best of all I can talk to him. If anything has to be done or straighten out it is done in a very timely manner and I feel good about it.
Nov 3, 2016
Dr. Kozma very rude, demeaning, I should have walked out! He minimized my concerns of this appt. strong sense of 'mislabeling' me. Never again. I may consider finding another PCP group elsewhere!
Nov 3, 2016
Dr. Kozma is the best doctor . He is very compasinate , he will take the time to listen to my concerns and and since I'm the same age as his mother, laughs and says I remind him of her, to me that's a compliment. It shows he is a caring man. He truley care about his patients. Don't take that away from him, let him have the time to sit a few extra minutes to listen to his paitents concerns. Thank you, Claire Learn

Normally I am very happy with Dr. Kozma. This time I asked for his help with a lost work letter for my insurance company. Apparently the way that I understood protocol was incorrect. I should have scheduled a follow up appointment rather than wait for my injuries to heal. I thought it would be a waste of an appt.; that he'd just say it takes time. Rather than explain that I handled it wrong, he was condescending, accusatory and sarcastic. I left in tears feeling like my integrity was in question and that our Dr./Patient relationship is forever changed. I was in a cast for 3 weeks and had a severely bruised sternum; therefor unable to use crutches. Because I'm a Realtor, I lost 6 weeks of work. That's all I was asking for. He made me feel like a workman's comp liar. It was very upsetting.

These comments are relating to my visit to Dr Kozma in May. He put me on a prescription and wanted me to see an urologist in several weeks. The earliest I could make an appointment was two months. I went to the urologist in July and he wanted me back in a month for a followup. I went to make the appointment and nothing was available until September. Is this good health care? What if it was an emergency?
Aug 23, 2016
Dr Kozma is simply the best. I recommend him to everyone I know. I feel like he genuinely cares about me and my health. His focus is also health prevention which I love, he wants to help me get and stay healthy rather than treat me when I'm sick.

this is the first time dr kozma was rude and did not seem to care about my concern. not sure if I'll go back to him; would argue with me that he knows me and my lifestyle better when he did not. and wouldn't allow me to explain so I gave up and let him finished and then left disappointed

I don't fell that he really listened to any thing I told him. I told him I had other doctors and appointments setup and he scheduled appointments anyway. also didn't seem like scheduling my blood work was of important, scheduled it for 4 months from march. I wanted a complete physical and blood work done. concerned about my thyroid.
March 21, 2016

I went to office for extreme back pain. I have an ingoing back problem for years and it drastically got worse. I have never been so humiliated before in my life by the way I was talked to and treated. I was told that I was obese (I am in size 14 pants kinda average) and that is what was causing all my back problems. That I should only be consuming the bare minimum calories for survival everyday. I didn't have an opportunity to explain my symptoms, my difficulties, my pain. For about 15 min I heard over and over the word obese pointed towards me(I also had a history of anorexia that I overcame in my early 20's) not that the doctor would know this because he was to busy calling me fat to worry about any other problems. Then when I finally cried I was asked if I had depression issues. Also I was told that 90% of the population has a problem with their back and people are just trying to get out if work. I have been living with debilitating pain for over a year before I caved tod go to the
