  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

Doctor had a great demeanor.

Deffinetly explained what needed to happen, then scheduled the wrong procedure which lead to me missing more time at work. Oh and the extended days of pain.

Not sure which visit this survey is about. But the staff in person have been friendly and so far seem to be doing a good job. I think they have a tendency to focus in on single complaint rather than listening to all concerns. I feel this is just how the system works. I don't feel like there is one point person for my health but an array of people working with not the best coordination.

I really TRUST this doctor after 5 knee surgeries most of them have failed me. This is the only doctor who has my best interest in his hands & is not afraid to try to HELP me. Thank you!!

Visit lasted 5 minutes. I asked for a plan & was told he does not have one. When I tried asking a question he extended hi and & walked out the door. A trainer accompanied him & Dr. Feltham said he would show me exercises. The trainer Jeff - said "just do what he asked about follow up. He said "oh, they will know at the front desk."

I saw first a nurse or PA who was courteous and willing to discuss my situation. But there seemed to be a break down in communication between that first person I saw and then Dr. Feltham. I went because of pain as a result of a torn meniscus. I wanted to have a cortisone shot and both persons did explain that it might or might not work. Only the first person I saw explained how it would work. She did tell me her name and I apologize for not remembering. What really concerned me though was that Dr. Feltham in our conversation made reference to an MRI. I never had an MRI done on my knee, so how could he use the results of how the cortisone shot worked with information he got from a non-existant MRI, which is what he told me. I tell him that there was no MRI and he was a bit annoyed but said that he would still be able to gain more insight into my situation depending on how I reacted to the cortisone. I felt like he did not take the time to look at my chart to see the history of my case before seeing me or he had confused me with a patient in another room. I understand that these doctors see many many patients in a day and that it must get very mundane, repetitive and draining. I also understand that your goal here is to let patients know that they are truly cared for. I believe that the professionals that saw me at this visit do care about what they are doing. Give them the time to treat each individual as an individual,That means not scheduling so many appointments per doc that they become overwhelmed and over rushed that things like this happen. It is apparent that Dr. Feltham is very knowledgable, but it was also apparent that he was very rushed.

Dr. Feltham listened to me as I explained another problem I was having and he placed a referral for an MRI and to neurosurgery for me.

Dr Feltham was professional, friendly, and responsive to my concerns. He was all busy. Examined me, explained his findings and options to correct my condition. I'm feeling much better today because of his expert care.
