There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

He was very, very nice. I went in with the attitude that I wouldn't like him because he was taking Dr. Seth's place but I liked him very much.

Dr. Foltzer's interaction and care, from the beginning of my problem in early July through my recent office visit, has been exceptional in every one of the above categories. He has kept me informed at every turn, and it has been obvious how much time and effort he has put into (A) diagnosing the problem and (B) plotting a course for resolution. It is also obvious that he is still committed to finding the initial cause. Additionally, from the outset I have felt our conversations and discussions have been more person to person rather than doctor to patient. I have complete confidence in Dr. Foltzer and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone.
