There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of time Dr. Obmann took to evaluate my condition, explain the treatment I would receive and answer my questions especially since this was not a scheduled appointment.

I like her as a care provider. What I think is if I have the results of the test from My Chart before I go for the appt., & and they are the same as the last time I had the test I feel it is a waste of my time and Medicare's money for me to go to her and she says the results haven't changed!! I already know that. If she feels I haven't seen it on my chart, send me an email or a letter, like when you get a mammogram. I don't learn anything new than before I went for the appt.! If the results have changed from the previous year, I'm smart enough to know I need to be seen by the care provider.
