  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.

  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

I've had many doctors in my 52 years, esp since breaking my neck 40 years ago, and Dr. Olenginski is perhaps the best I've ever had: professional yet friendly; time efficient and yet patient, thorough and non-patronizing when answering my questions and explaining things. Simply: I really like him.

I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas P. Olenginski. I was very impressed being a new patient he sent me the results of the tests he ordered the same day. He is a very pleasant and took the time to explain his thoughts concerning my problem. 5 stars without a doubt! This also applies to Dr. West.

I had a very positive experiences with Dr. Olenginski. He was very informative and his communication between doctor and patient was excellent. He sent mygeisinger messages explaining lab and test results on non-work days in order to keep me informed. He went above and beyond with sending a letter of fitness membership cancellation because of my injuries. I appreciate the time and effort he puts into make my health a priority.

Tom is very well met with a broad laughing smile. Very competent and smart. Loves to teach. Sees things in broad outline and doesn't get into smaller details . I am confident he knows his stuff. I like his conservative approach .

English not spoken clearly- difficult to understand. The accent made it difficult to understand the English. (Probably just me).

He made recommendations to my doctor to take away my sleep med. If she does, I won't be able to sleep. I worked for over a year to get my meds to where I can function. I asked about any alternative treatments and both he and the residents said, "Like what?" Not my job to know that. I have seen things like cortisone injections, physical therapy, etc.

This is funny. But a sin as well. Again, I was being treated at the best in Boston. This guy could not get hired in Boston parking cars. The female MD training with this a{illegible or inappropriate content}. I could do better at SPCA in {illegible or inappropriate content}.
