Dr. Speake seems to be an outstanding physician, in my opinion. His manner is very good, and he has a sense of humor, which I appreciate.

Doctor also took my info about how I wanted my prescriptions to go to different vendors to fill and he said he understood. He said the nurse didn't do it right and he corrected it and sent them both in to proper vendors. I found out later, both prescriptions were done wrong and sent to wrong vendors. This has happened before, also.

only wish they would have xrayed lungs. Was diagnosed with sinusitis and bronchitis. Think I had pneuamonia.

The provider gave my son a choice about how to receive his flu vaccine which was much appreciated. The provider did an excellent job counseling my son about a pain issue he is having, and is always very kind and caring. He also listened and responded with action when I expressed a particular concern. I like the provider a lot, and consider him a friend. I rated my confidence as "good" based on previous interactions when I thought that advice and assessment was not totally on point.

Visit was for annual physical. It was too cursory. I expected at least a minimum check of skin, e.g., as a major organ.

Dr.Speake has been taking care of me for nearly 20 years.He alawys been concerned about my health, and treated me accordly. I can find no fault with my treatment.

The physician recommended that I begin taking a statin and as I have done my own research i think there is complexity in the data on the drug and on my situation that needs to be more fully discussed and analyzed.

I am always pleased with the care that I am given by Dr. Speake. He listens carefully to me, explains treatments and his rational, is very patient and kind. He takes his time. I don't feel that I am rushed or that he is trying to get done to see another patient.

I felt completely dismissed from the moment Dr. Speak walked in the door. I understand that doctors are busy and have a lot to do, but the clinic was almost empty when I got there. I came in seeking treatment for a soar throat, congestion, and ear pain, all typical symptoms of a sinus infection for me. Dr. Speak looked in one ear and down my throat for barely a second each, told me I had a cold, and that I should take mucinex for 2 weeks. Even after telling him that I would normally be the type to tough out a cold but I had a number of important interviews coming up, he still dismissed me and sent me out the door. His entire manner seemed as if he were just trying to hurry me through the visit, like he had more important things to do. I'm not sure what is more important for a doctor to do than care for patients, but he clearly had something in mind. To be perfectly honest, had the receptionist not charged my co-pay before the visit, I probably would have refused to pay for the service that day. I spent less than 3 minutes with any face to face contact with staff from the clinic, and 90% of it was with the nurse.
