There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 40 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

*Nancy did a great job asking our daughter questions that she could answer herself. As a parent it is good to know she *Nancy wants to know from the patients view of what's going on. Then ask the parents.

This provider needs to focus her concern with the patient. Most of the visit, as with any other time we've seen her, is filled with her personal experience with other patients. I value experience but don't need to hear about other patients. I'm here for my son. Also, I don't need to her about her personal life.
