As previously stated, she did as much as she could, but ultimately couldn't answer my questions that day. She did follow up with the doctor quickly as promised, and communicated back to me.

As in previous comment, I'm waiting for change of prescription information, that seems to be lost between Grey's Woods and Huntingdon County.

The nurse and care giver were excellent, it is only the phone system that needs fixed

Dawn was very patient and friendly. She took time to listen to my concerns and help solve my problem.

I have been very happy with Dawn's care. She responds quickly to email questions and my symptoms are much better with the meds she has recommended

Ms. Wincek was very understanding and wonderful to talk to. She explained everything very thoroughly and put me at ease about this new treatment that I am embarking on.

No. 5 we talked about day mouth and she said there was a new over the counter med that she had looked up for s former patient but could not remember or find it in her note book. Could have offered to get the info and let me know. Did say it was next to another product on the shelf at drug store. This is not a big deal but wanted to answer honestly.

I know that I give alot of 5's but I will say this again. I am so happy that I changed doctors a few years back. I have never regreated it!
