There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

The doctor showed great concern for my issues. She tried to schedule an appointment at Geisinger-Lewistown with Dr. Clemson without success, because changes and medical planning needed to be made by her. But she sat down in front of me and looked me in the eye and really listened to me, which made me feel like someone cared and understood what I was experiencing.

Would recommend this Doctor to anyone and everyone

I love Dr. Pacheco. I could be having a terrible day and go in to see her and feel wonderful when I walk out. On this particular day, it was very early, I am NOT a morning person, and I hadn't had my morning coffee yet, but I realized as I was driving down the road afterward on my way to a job I hate that I was in a great mood, so I chalk that up to her excellence.
Aug 12
Dr. Pacheco listened to my concerns, asked me how I wanted to approach them and then we came up with a plan together.

June 15
Every visit with Dr. Pacheco is reassuring and relaxing. I HATE going to the doctor, but Dr. Pacheco takes away a lot of the anxiety I usually experience during visits. I feel she really hears me and she offers multiple options and lets me make the decision on my care. Couldn't be happier with her.

This was the first appointment my daughter had with a new Doctor. She was very good with my 12 year old! My daughter hates to go to those appointments but that went so well that she said she won't mind going the next time.

Dr. Pacheco is a very caring provider. She listens and is very concerned with you as a human being - not just another patient.

One visit doesn't give me enough experience to recommend anyone.
Feb 26
Dr. Pecheco is absolutely Gold!! I would follow her anyway for your care. Better not let this one get away.
Feb 23
Thru the years I have traveled for my job and lived in many areas of our country. Dr. Pacheco has been the care director checking me most thoroughly and assisting me to feel better than ever, even at 60 years old. She is exceptionally insightful as well as knowledgeable from my perspective.
Feb 9
I went expecting to remove my clothes and put on a gown and have an exam. But no, I was only talked to and asked questions. I said I was expecting an exam as it was my yearly visit. I wanted a pap test but I'm too old for that!!! The only thing she did to me in the way of hands on was listen to my heart!
Feb 3
First time with this provider. She was excellent.

Jan 7
very pleasant to work with
Jan 5
Did not address current problems. Did not discuss endocrinology referral that she previously made for joint pain and attributed pain to another cause without confirming with diagnostic testing
Dec 3, 2015
Dr. Pacheko did an excellent job with physical.
Dec 1, 2015
I take meds for depression. During the rooming process the nurse asked the standard screening qusetions. I answered yes to three of them. The doctor didn't address any of them and in the impression stated "stable on current dose of Zoloft". I reviewed my ROS on MyG. She never looked at my eyes, ears, nose, throat, skin, ext. She didn't look at any of these, yet they were all filled in with "no". She was very pleasant, however I don't feel very attentive to medical needs since it was an "adult well visit". If I had made an appointment for a specific complaint I'm confident that she would handle it appropriately, but I don't feel it was a very comprehensive physical
Nov 27, 2015
Should spend more time with patient and not be in a hurry all the time.
Nov 23, 2015
I waited 30 min. after the nurse left the room. I went into the hall & found the doctor gossiping w/a different nurse & informed her that I needed to be seen because I had to work. She then flew through my appt.
Nov 17, 2015
wait time 42 minutes , exam time 4 minutes

When it's a first time visit I would have expected the care provider to take a bit more time learning to know me...she seemed nice but wasn't familiar with my chart, my conditions, etc. She seemed nominally interested, but I didn't feel confident that she was looking at a whole picture of me.
Nov 10, 2015
Dr. Pacheco genuinely cares for her patients. She listens to all my concerns and helps me set a plan for feeling better.
Nov 3, 2015
She was very personable & again took the time to ask questions about health, growth _____, etc...
Oct 30, 2015
She was short, rude and had no compassion at all. She treated me as though I was a liar and had no problem. I am still having the same severe symptoms but as bad as I was treated I will deal with that before I go back for another visit. I asked for a flu shot and she didn't even give me that. She was the worst!

I understand that this provider is leaving the Lewistown clinic and moving to Belleville, they are very fortunate to be getting her.
Oct 21, 2015
Visit was quick, hadn't been there since April 2014, this was to be a follow up visit. Staff thought it was for a physical. My concerns were my elevated SED rate and my right hip in which I have limited mobility and chronic pain. Dr. advised Tylenol for arthritis, blood work and see you in 6 months. No referral recommended for evaluation of hip problem. No inquiry as to whether I needed any RX refills either. Did not feel this was a quality visit and will not return to this provider.
Oct 21, 2015
I continue to feel very lucky to have a Dr. Sincerely taking an interest in my overall health as well as knowing how to improve my overall quality of life.
Oct 7, 2015
Dr Pacheco doing her best to get me back on road to recovery. New medicine started. Even checked back with me since appt to make sure medicine working well
Oct 6, 2015
I will never go back to that doctor again. She was very rude. I have been experiencing the same issues for a number of years last time being 2012. When she couldn't locate it on the computer she turned the computer around and told me to find it myself. I was informed by Dr. Swallow and Dr. Acosta when the numbness to my face flares up that I am to be seen and not let it go. I shared with her the concerns that they had discussed with me prior(along with Dr. Acosta taking care of my grandfather when he had Leu Gehrig's Disease) and was told not to let it go. She then got very nasty. I also have an eye issue that she didn't look at it. I touched it and she asked me what was on my eye I said your the doctor. She then prescribed me medicine and gave me a referral to a neurologist. I will not ever go back to her. I have never been treated like this. I do not feel confident in anything that she did. I will wait till Dr. Swallow comes back and go see him. I will not ever refer her to no one.

First, I do not very often go to see a doctor. When I do I generally feel like I have a real problem. For the first time ever I felt like my physician was not concerned or knowledgeable about my situation.During my short visit she would would ask me a question and while I was answering she keep saying hold that thought, and she would leave the room to talk to the doctor down the hall. She did this three times which I found to be rude. I made the appointment for pain in my thumb which I had subsequently crushed on a old swivel chair. During the visit as I'm trying to tell her that my thumb was not only extremely sore, but also felt liked I was getting shocked (as she told me just hold that thought). She had a nurse come in with a bag full of splits and once they concluded which one was for a thumb, she squeezed my thumb in the splint making it hurt three worse than when I got there. I told her about it, and she advised me to hold my hand above my heart. Then told me to go up and have a x-ray. In the hall I asked if I would see her after the x-ray she said no. She never even offered any suggestions for my pain, which was the main reason I made the appointment. I had to ask her in the hall as she was sending me out the door (unbelievable). So as of this point in the visit I'm feeling a little bit irratred for being told 3 times in the middle of sentences to hold my thought, for my thumb now hurting substantially more than when I had arrived, and my whole reason for making the appointment not being addressed I decided that the whole trip was a waste of my time and went home instead of having more services charged to my insurance. This was the first time I had ever gone to see a doctor that was not a good experience.
