There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

I felt he didn't want to give me options that I felt might be better for now & for my age. Only wanted to discuss the options he felt and not listen to my concerns enough to expand my options.

Never would I ever recommend Dr. Waters to anyone. I was sent to the clinic on referral from my PCP to have a specific procedure because of the results of test. The nurse was unaware the procedure was to be done. The doctor was unprofessional in is mannerims when he came into the room. He felt the need to lecture me on my personal choices rather than review my chart. He then informed me my PCP was wrong and the procedure did not be completed. He then told me the office visit was a waste of my time. It was only after arguing about my PCP's instructions that he left the room to review the procedure. He came back a short time later, I pulled up the message from my PCP explaining what needed to be done. He then said she was right but they couldn't do the procedure today. I then told him that was why I was there and that now he is telling me they won't do the procedure because they misinterpreted a procedure that is his speciality. He left the room to see if arrangements could be made. At this point I felt extremely uncomfortable with this doctor and had no faith in his professional abilities. I told him that I wold nothe allow him to touch me, he carried himself unprofessional and I wanted to be seen by a true professional. I stated ththat I would not be charged for the lack of service his office provided. One of the nurses took me to the front desk but the receptionist did not understand what she was to do. I waliked out without being rescheduled and had to call lyrics PCP to explain what happened. The receptionist at my doctors was excellent and able to refer me to the OB/GYN scheduling department in Danville.
