Dr knew exactly what my problem was as I explained it. I knew exactly what he talked about and what he had to do. He was excellent with me. I will contuine to see him as needed.

When I saw Dr. Plotick an ENT , he checked my throat well , he also checked my nose thoroughly . but never even check or looked at my ears , which is why I was referred . he has referred me to an ear specialist but I have no idea where or when this is to occur , this is not acceptable .

All in all a good experience for a Doctors visit. Nobody likes having Medical issues that lead them for help, but it's nice to know help was provided in a warm caring manner.

I am a Registered Nurse with a current PA license. I have worked for the Utilization Management Review Team for the Department of Welfare. I know a little bit about safe medical practice. The physician acted uncomfortable performing the task of suctioning out my baby's ears. The equipment was dirty. The nurse (medical assistant?)helping to hold my son down had fake nails that were more than an inch long. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I am taking my son to CHOP for future ENT appointments.
