Terrible phone support - the is the same w/my children. Takes forever to answer. TERRIBLE!!

On this occasion the doctor entered the room SECONDS after the nurse, then referenced me having seen a different surgeon - not him!! It was HIM I saw, and he clearly had not read my notes. This was very disconcerting.

Dr. Hegstrom was excellent in all respects. (It would have been good if he'd introduced himself, though!).

I feel as if my chart was not reviewed before my appt. My concerns/questions were not answered, I feel as if the reason I was seeing was not taken seriously, which led to further follow up in Danville and now a second surgery is needed.
