No bad experience - felt like he was trying the lesser route before surgery which he explained the success & length of recuperation.

I liked Dr. Hegstrom right from the beginning. You could just feel that he was very good at his job!

When the Dr. entered the room for the first time I knew I was in excellent hands, he looked like a doctor, acted like a doctor, answered all my questions and I felt very confident and secure
