Dr. Gross spent an hour with me which was good. but he did not show a lot of care for my concerns. he seemed to think that since I am still functioning that I am not very unwell. he does not seem to want to find answers for me and basically told me "I don't know". he wants to do tests that will not benefit me and my health. he would thoroughly explain things but was not willing to go above and beyond to help my condition. he also does not seem very knowledgeable about some things. he would say things like "I think that's your optic nerve" when looking at scans or start googling things in front of me.

I was not happy with the lack of follow up. I have tried reaching out to him twice since the appointment as he instructed me to using my Geisinger and he has not responded either time.

I specifically asked for this provider because he was the only provider who correctly diagnosed my mother's condition, which led to her death. He took his time and was thorough with questions, but had no real answers, didn't explain meds, and I have no idea wh at to do next. I left not knowing if I was to come back, if there was a conclusion drawn, and felt like I was a nuisance and lying. I received results after my appointment from a test that confirmed a legitimate physical condition.

Dr. was nice, I was confused that he told me I did not have nerve damage, yet I'm on nerve meds for nerve pain.My first Dr. and PA's after that told me that's what I had,so to say the least i was confused. Dr told me it was censory problem, doesn't that have something to do with nerves. He is sending me for doppler altrasound of my foot and ankle , becasue he thought I had a weak paulse in my top of foot.I am glad about that because of the way my whole left leg feels weak and tired at times, especially after walking alot or on my feet alot.

Dr. Gross spent longer than normal with me. In fact, at the end of my visit ther were still some unresolved questions that he was unclear of how they fit in, that he was going to need to think on it some more. I have never had a doctor, especially a specialist spend as much time with me and listen to me as well as Dr. Gross did.

I told the care provider of my sleep study test that shows I have periodic limb movements and I am sleep deficient. He didn't seem to care about that. I think it is all related to the brain and he should address this problem.
