May 27
Out of all the Doctors in the Geisinger system Dr. Gross is the one I'm most conformable dealing with and feel like I get the treatment for what I need.
May 24
Dr. Gross spent longer than normal with me. In fact, at the end of my visit ther were still some unresolved questions that he was unclear of how they fit in, that he was going to need to think on it some more. I have never had a doctor, especially a specialist spend as much time with me and listen to me as well as Dr. Gross did.

I told the care provider of my sleep study test that shows I have periodic limb movements and I am sleep deficient. He didn't seem to care about that. I think it is all related to the brain and he should address this problem.

Dr. Grass is very through with his patients, and is meticulous in her work. I think he should be given more appointment time than is assigned to him.

Dr Mitchell Gross went above and beyond in assisting me with every issue I addressed with him. Very attentive to problem solving my pain related issues and genuine concern for my well being. I'm very grateful and have been to him since my diagnosis of MS 14 years ago. I also have referred many people I know with neurological issues to his practice because of my faith in his knowledge.
Feb 16
Dr. Gross gave me new information about the frequency and dosage of taking my medication which has resulted in reducing my pain from neuropathy at a lower dose per day.
Feb 11
Need more doctors like Dr. Mitchell Gross - Laid back/down to earth/kindhearted took his time - didn't rush out the door.

Jan 28
Dr. Gross was the most thorough, pleasant caring I have ever seen. He spent 1 hr. & 45 min. with me and went through history and exam. Thoroughly.
Jan 28
Would never recommend this provider seeing how long it took to be seen and then he told me to schedule a follow up apt in 6 months and the office doesn't schedule that far in advance. Then don't say I'll see you in 6 months! For such a big facility I don't see why you can't schedule 6 months out!!!!
Jan 27
#8, Dr. Gross spent the time with us that was beyond our expectations.
Jan 21
One of my main concerns was the inability to reach this Dr. when I have a problem. He did not address this issue even though I brought this up. He did provide me with medication in the event I had a problem in the future, but this still does not answer the question of how do I reach him if I need him.
Jan 20
Dr Gross spend a lot of time with me, and answered all my questions, and asked questions to get to bottom of my health issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Jan 11
I would recommend dr gross to anyone seeking great care and concern. I speak very highly of him to friends and family. He listens and will review my tests with care.
Jan 8
Dr. Gross is kind, a great listener, honest and spends a good amount of time to take care of your needs.
Jan 7
Does not know how to proceed with my condition. Past doctor (Somma) sought outside assistance.
Dec 17, 2015
Dr. Gross is compassionate, caring and concerned. He is very reassuring and leaves you with Hope and a genuine feeling that he is available to answer any questions you may have before your next appointment.
Dec 17, 2015
Only problem was he referred me to a another dr. & didn't receive any report from this dr., don't know if he was going to follow up with that or not
Dec 10, 2015
Dr. Gross has always talked to me, listened, discussed, and answered questions. Have referred 3 people to him. He cares. Whatever you do please do not lose him!
Dec 9, 2015
I was very settled and felt I was heard at my appointment. The doctor did a great job of easing my fears and informing me of what could potentially be causing my issues. However, I was assured a follow up by that Friday (3 days after my visit), and didn't hear anything despite numerous messages as well as visiting the clinic and leaving messages, until nearly two weeks later when I called the clinic every half an hour until I spoke with a nurse. Considering this was an issue related to brain function, it was a very stressful two weeks. I understand things come up, but do the right thing and give me a courtesy call with an update.
Nov 13, 2015
I am still waiting to hear back from this provider for something he said he was going to followup with from my visit, I just feel I am not being taken serious, as I continue to become worse in my condition with no answers and just told come back in 6 months only to have become worse with yet more symptoms. If it is something I have that he cannot handle than I should be referred out to a University or somewhere that can get to the bottom of what my problem is. He is a good doctor, it's just that I am a difficult case so that is why he can't answer a lot of my questions but he took a great deal of time with me and is very good at looking at everything involved.
Nov 9, 2015
I had hoped to have more of a definitive diagnosis. It was vague and dependent upon blood tests which I have taken, but still not received the results of.
Nov 6, 2015
I can't say enough about Dr. Gross. He is kind, well informed, always patient (even if I break down and cry, which happened once). He talks through issues and gives eye contact which provides comfort that he is listening. I am confident that no other doctor would provide me with better care.
Nov 5, 2015
Can't take Cymbalta. Made me very sick.
Nov 3, 2015
