There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

Dr. Dobbins has always been great and made sure to spend enough time with me answering all my questions. Although he is very busy, he never acts put out or like he doesn't have time for me. He is the reason I was willing to spend 4 of my PTO hours sitting in opthalmology's waiting room.

provider did not introduce himself to me. I assumed it was Dr Dobbins because his name was outside the door

The provider, Dr Dobbins, listened well. He even did a great job in asking questions when he didn't understand what I was saying. He responded to me in a way that was helpful rather than arrogant or superior.

Dr. Dobbins was excellent! Although I'm not having the Lasix procedure done he helped fix my eye glass prescription so my needs were met.

Kendall Dobbins is a consummate professional, polite, well spoken, neatly attired. He was informative, reassuring. He is a credit to Geisinger professional staff.

Pleasant, with regard to my husbands physical condition very attentive.

There is only one thing that disappointed me on the visit. Dr. Dobbins informed me that he no longer does refract (sp?) to learn if my present eyeglass prescription is still good for me. That was usually part of my visit.

very impressed with attentiveness, informativeness, attention to detail, clarity, integration of information into recommendation, competence and professionalism... I took the referral to Dr Dobbins based on his reputation. I left more confident in the physician when I left, having confirmed what I had been told.

I've often recommended Dr. Dobbins to friends, and have been very pleased with the procedures that I have had due to the very difficult injury that I incurred.

While I experienced difficulty after Lasik, Dr. Dubbins was very much involved in my care and made himself available during weekend hours to ensure my progress was moving in the right direction. This was very much appreciated.

I was seen for evaluation of need for cataract surgery. I appreciated the physician's expertise and explanations. The video of the procedure was very helpful.

Dr. Robbins was very professional, maybe to a fault, but perhaps this is his style, but the proof is in the final results of the surgery etc. I have complete confidence that I am in good hands.

Could not be more pleased. Both Drs. Dobbins and Kasenchak were extremely helpful.

Two doctors examined me. My exam mostly consisted of a lecture about not over-wearing my contact lenses. This was prior to anyone actually looking at my eye. The senior physician spent about 30 seconds in the room and was literally backing out of the door as I asked additional questions.

I have had a long standing problem with my eye. Dr Dobbins has taken great care of me. I am thankful for him
