Dr. Williams is the best.

He didn't listen to anything I said. Spent the whole visit examining me for reasons for pain when I told him I was concerned about other issues. Years trying to get this problem fixed and his suggestion was Ibuprofen. Told me my problems were in my head. Only gave prescriptions for my actual symptoms when I pressed him to at the very end of visit. I did not trust that he put any thought into my problems or the medication prescribed. An embarrassing & pointless visit.

Dr. Williams went over my Ultrasound pictures with me and explained the results. I am not at all displeased with his bedside manner just his promptness.
Aug 24
The fact that he would listen to alternative treatments said a lot to me.

First appointment.

They are very nice with my problem. I have told my friends about them when they have the same problem to go with them.
Jul 27
The provider was arrogant and seemed to be in a hurry. He has an ATTITUDE!!

Only if you need an oncological urological surgeon. He told me I would be on a Foley catheter for the rest of my life. I told him "b____ s_____" and reminded him about use of a suprapubic bag. My brother-in-law is a well known retired urological surgeon.
June 9
Solely by his surgical skill & reputation not his "bedside manner". Not informed resident would be performing _____ w/Dr. Williams in attendance.#9. Surgical skill only.

Right away I could Dr. was not interested in my problem even though described to him in detail. Felt as if I was bothering him and he was trying to run though the examination. He felt since I did not have any immediate pain it was not a concern. However my problem does still exist. Dr simply stated "should go away on it's own" When you can clearly see it on a ultrasound. Dr even dismissed himself during my examination to take a personal phone call. I only know that because he told me on the phone to talked to when we returned.

on occasion Dr Williams will have a delay. But I know it is only because he takes his time with his patients, which anyone would want. For me that is a complement for Dr Williams

It was a good experience

Very prompt - excellent treatment, very happy.

still feel like we are catle being funneled through the corral as the doctor could only take the time to talk about the main problem I came with

He showed no concern about being so late and seemed like it wasn't necessary for me to even be there. Felt rushed to get me out the door and felt he didn't even want to hear anything I had to say.

He greeted us by introducing himself, which was nice. He seemed very aloof as he spoke to us. He did not come across very sensitively, as to someone referred to him because of an abnormal scan. He mumbled when he spoke and 2-3 times I had to ask what he said. I did appreciate that he wanted to do a follow up in a year, instead of just ignoring the CAT scan.

After waiting so long I saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes. He offered no options for treatment of current kidney stone. He showed no concern about the blood present in my urinalysis. "Drink more water."
Feb 10
everything was great

Another new doctor in my continuing saga.

I really appreaciate Dr. Williams approach to your personal care. He insures that you know and understand all of your options and addresses impacts for each. I would recommend Dr. Williams to anyone needing care that he can provide. I know thatt he will do what is right for his patient regardless. We need more doctors like him at all of our facilities.
