There is no publicly available rating for this care provider for one or more of the following reasons:
  1. He or she does not see patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
  2. He or she sees patients, but has not yet received the minimum number of Patient Satisfaction Reviews. To be eligible for display, we require a minimum of 30 surveys. This ensures that the rating is accurate and statistically reliable.
  3. He or she is a community provider, not a Geisinger-employed provider. Community providers tend to see patients in their own private outpatient practices, which we do not survey.

still feel like we are catle being funneled through the corral as the doctor could only take the time to talk about the main problem I came with

VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HCP DISCUSSIONS DUE TO CURRENT AND PAST ENCOUNTERS.
March 23
He greeted us by introducing himself, which was nice. He seemed very aloof as he spoke to us. He did not come across very sensitively, as to someone referred to him because of an abnormal scan. He mumbled when he spoke and 2-3 times I had to ask what he said. I did appreciate that he wanted to do a follow up in a year, instead of just ignoring the CAT scan.

After waiting so long I saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes. He offered no options for treatment of current kidney stone. He showed no concern about the blood present in my urinalysis. "Drink more water."

I really appreaciate Dr. Williams approach to your personal care. He insures that you know and understand all of your options and addresses impacts for each. I would recommend Dr. Williams to anyone needing care that he can provide. I know thatt he will do what is right for his patient regardless. We need more doctors like him at all of our facilities.

Waited two weeks to find out results of bone X-ray. Dr. showed us there was nothing on the computer and blamed his nurse.

The problem is mine and not the doctors. I don't always ask the right questions. I think of them later.
